My husband and I knew Nip because in 1981 he built the addition to our farm house, and we are still enjoying his handiwork! I visited Nip and Florence from time to time and surely enjoyed chatting with them both. I could admire Florence's cross stitch work, too. They were good people, salt-of-the-earth, and very nice to know ! We are sorry you lost them both in such a short time, but they left behind wonderful memories for all of us. Jane and Ollie Ginther
