Dear French family, my name is John LaBreche. My twin brother, Jimmy, attended Portal Foster in the 1960's. He had special needs and he had no where to go. My mother stayed home with him everyday. Your father was a great man and a man with a vision. My brother began attending PF and my mother was given a break each day. My brother loved going to that school and my parents were grateful to your father and his staff. My parents are deceased now and my brother passed away in 1974.
