Bill was always a smiling, friendly face who took time for everyone. We were always grateful for his friendship and attention to his uncle Robert., our grandfather. And he sold darned good cars-we'll drive the truck we bought from him to the service. He has left a beautiful legacy in his work in Madison and in his family. Lauren Cnare and family

Saddened to hear of the passing of Bill. We were classmates and friends for many years. I was married to Dave Douglas' sister Nancy. Lots of memories of family gatherings and, of course, the Ice Cream shops. Dale Hanson, Roseville, CA.

Nan: Diane and I are so sorry for your loss. He sounds like a wonderful man. And we know he was blessed with a wonderful wife and family.

My heart goes out to your family. I have many fun and fond memories of this great man (including selling me a great car! :-) He will be greatly missed by the many, many people he touched. I wish you all the love and support you need. Kathy Martinson
