Ronald Gordon Lampe

In one of life's strange coincidences, I met both Ronald and Beverly in unrelated settings -- she as my high school math teacher, he on the staff of the company where I worked after school. Imagine my surprise when I saw them both together at work one afternoon and connected the dots... almost forty years later, I still remember that chance encounter. My prayers and condolences go out to the Lampe family for their loss. Ron was a tournament bridge player who was well known for his fast smile and thoughtful play. He and Bev became a challenging pair who traveled across the country making friends at each stop. I will miss him as a friend and wish only the best for Bev, a loving partner in life. Mike Roeder
