In one of life's strange coincidences, I met both Ronald and Beverly in unrelated settings -- she as my high school math teacher, he on the staff of the company where I worked after school. Imagine my surprise when I saw them both together at work one afternoon and connected the dots... almost forty years later, I still remember that chance encounter.
May the Lampe family, especially Beverly, find peace and comfort in the coming days.

My prayers and condolences go out to the Lampe family for their loss. Ron was a tournament bridge player who was well known for his fast smile and thoughtful play. He and Bev became a challenging pair who traveled across the country making friends at each stop. I will miss him as a friend and wish only the best for Bev, a loving partner in life.
