The volunteers, flight team and board of Badger Honor Flight mourn the loss of their hero, Curtis Faust . We are thankful for his military service and honored to have served him on his trip to Washington, D.C. in May 2013.

I am grateful and blessed to have known Curt and spent time with their family growing up. He was always great fun to be around. He will be missed by many.

My condolences to the Faust family. I met Curt on Okinawa in June 1950. He will be missed by all of the members of the 51st Fighter Interceptor Wing. God Bless you Curt. We went through the Korean War together. Keith Fannon
