Caye Johnson Pierce

I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of Caye. She was a wonderful classmate. I have fond memories of our time together. My condolences to her husband and family. Gary Dukleth Class of '63

Our entire HHS Class of'63 is deeply saddened. She was one of the kindest and most gentle people I have ever known. Several of us who graduated HHS went on to NDSU. Some later transferred to other colleges but by May 1967 three of us graduated together. Caye was one of us that marched on Dakotah Field that day. In 2013 the HHS Class of '63 held it's 50th anniversary reunion in Detroit Lakes. Many of us are especially glad that we had that opportunity to gather and have a wonderful time with Caye and Tom and many other classmates. Our condolences to her wonderful husband, Tom and all family members especially her brother Don, whom we all knew well. Arlen Meline, HHS Class of '63.

We had so much fun on our California trip especially our shopping excursion to Walmart!. She was such a fun bubbly person who lit up the room. She will be greatly missed.
