Dear May's Family, I can't tell you how much I learned from your mother she was a wonderful woman. I loved working with her at St. Bernard's. I often wondered how she did it and raised such a great family but somehow God gave her the strength. You, your spouses are all a tribute to May and Gus you're a great family. My husband and I would like to express our sincere sympathy to the family and friends of your beloved Edna. Although we never had the opportunity to meet Edna, personally we wanted to share with you comfort from Gods word found in John 5:28,29. Here Jesus showed us the wonderful example of the resurrection when he resurrected Lazarus, here on earth, back to the arms of those he loved. (John 11) . Remember also that our Heavenly Father expresses his loving compassion for all of us when someone we love dies. (Psalm 34:18) Be sure and share your memories with those who surround you, for the memories shared are the ones most truly cherished, may they bring you a sense of peace and joy in your hearts as you begin to heal. Take care of yourselves and each other during this very difficult time.

Beth, Your mom left a wonderful legacy of family and I know where you got your spunk from! She had a lot of courage to leave family and home to re-settle in America, and now you are doing the same thing in Austrailia. I won't be able to make visitation, but please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. It is not easy losing your mother, but you now have another angel watching over all of you. May served the Wedding luncheon for my wedding in 1985. She was a dear friend and lovely women. She will be missed. my condolences to her family in this time of sorrow.
