To whom it may concern, Having lived in the same neighborhood as youths we were close friends and continued that relationship thru adulthood. We would have a long visit when he returned to Wheeling, WV for his 1954 H/S class reunions. Also, I remember his brother and parents. Their old family home still stands and when I pass the residence many fond memories flash by. Ron Miller
