Joyce Marie Anderson

Pete - I am so sad to learn of Joyce's passing. You both were such great friends to my mom and a big part of my life for many years. You are in my thoughts and prayers as you through the difficult time. Lindsay (Lakin) Schuster

Mrs. Anderson was my 2nd grade teacher at Sunnyside School in 1963. I remember her fondly. It was November 22 and we students came back into her classroom. She was crying. Now...teachers didn't cry, or so this 2nd grader thought. She gently told us what happened that day. Her sensitivity helped me through a very scary time. About 20 years later, she was my niece's 2nd grade teacher at Sandburg. Quite the circle of life. Thank you, Mrs. Anderson. My thoughts and prayers for her family as she begins her Eternal Life.
