I remember Chet from those early years of racquetball in Madison. He was a fierce competitor and never liked moving in doubles, no matter how many times he got hit. LOL
He was an outstanding player. RIP Chet.

Not only was Chet a great racquetball player, he was a great person. He always had a smile and always stopped to say hello. One of the most competitive and one of the nicest players I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Jim Heberling

To Chet's family, I am so sorry for your loss. I worked at Grandpa's Frozen Custard in 1986 and spent time working with him. He was such a sweet man. He was kind of a "Grandpa" to everyone. Heaven gained an angel. Pam Keene

We were so sorry to hear the passing of Chet. He was a great racquetball player who loved the game! Always enjoyed watching him and Ivan play doubles together. Chet had the most warming smile whenever you saw him and a gentle heart to go with it. Our prayers and thoughts are with the family. Dave & Pat Hults
