Joe always had a good joke to tell and would take time to talk to you on any level. He had a long term vision when it came down to the company's future, made me feel at home when we had our Christmas luncheon for the maintenance department and was always present at those gatherings. Joe always treated me fairly even when caught up in the break room sneaking a cup of coffee, he always knew who was on top of the plant's refrigeration. My condolences to the Benedetti Family.
