Debra Lynn Manning

My sincere sympathy goes to Deb's entire family. I baby sat all three of Jay and Janice's children when they were young. I grew up next door to her grandparents and knew most of Deb's extended family. I'm sorry that I did not know Deb as an adult but will always remember the sweet little girl!
