My sympathy goes out to Rich's family. I worked with Rich for many years at State of Wisconsin. He was a wonderful co-worker, mentor, supervisor and very supportive of work incentive and student training programs. Rich will be missed by many in the community including his work which enriched and helped many lives.

Richard Kiley, ooh, my there is so many wonderful things to say about this lovely man. He could make you smile out of this world with laughter with his spectacular sense of humor. Being able to care for richard I will always remember and never forget, he is in my heart forever.
