Kathleen Mullikin

Mullikin, Kathleen Carney MADISON-Kathleen Carney Mullikin, age 58, of Madison, passed away on Monday, Dec. 28, 2009, at home. She was born on April 6, 1951, in Janesville. Kathleen worked for the City of Madison Streets Division until her retirement in 2008. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Skaar; children, Nicholas and Erin; grandson, Xavier; sisters, Susan Oldham and Nancy Bergh; and brother, Thomas Carney. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Mary Elizabeth (Mooney) Carney; her brother, Joseph; and infant son, Shaun. Memorial services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010. Visitation will be at the funeral home from noon until the time of the service on Saturday. Inurnment will be in the spring at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Janesville.
