Rought, Sandra SUN PRAIRIE-Sandra Rought, age 66, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009. She was born on Sept. 27, 1943, in Madison, the daughter of Norman and Florence (Pond) Schroeder. Sandy is survived by her brothers, Paul (Bernita), Jack (Nancy) and George (Mary); a sister, Norma Hughes; and many beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
