MacKenzie is survived by her parents;twin brother, Michael Andrew; brothers, Sebastian and Colton; sisters, Erika and Joslyn; grandparents, Beth and Carl Jenks, Pat and Lynne McGinley and Lori McGinley; great-grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Douglas Streiff.
