PhotoMancusi, Diane L.\r\n FITCHBURG-Diane L. Mancusi, age 64, of Fitchburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009. She was born on Sept. 27, 1945, in Kenosha, the daughter of Richard and Mabel (Jacobsen) Riley. Diane worked at Fitchburg City Hall for 24 years, where she made many friends. She had an appreciation for cars, especially her 1958 Thunderbird, \"Thunder.\" Diane was a wonderful mom and had a love for fun, family, her best friend Patti, and Brett Favre. She enjoyed spending time in her gazebo, hosting annual New Year\'s Eve parties, and showering her grandchildren with love. Diane is survived by her sons, Tony (Shelley) of New Glarus, Todd (Tina) of Oregon, and Troy (Heidi) of Mount Horeb; her mother, Mabel Riley; five grandchildren, Brynn, Mitchell, Isabella, Kaitlyn and Brett; and good friend, Patti Casad. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard; and brother, Dennis. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON FITCHBURG FUNERAL HOME, 2950 Chapel Valley Road at McKee Road (Highway PD), Fitchburg, at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8, 2009, with Chaplain Linda O\'Leary presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until the time of the service. Inurnment will be at Oak Hall Cemetery, Fitchburg. Memorials may be made to UW Carbone Cancer Center. A special thanks to Diane\'s colleagues at City Hall, UW Dr. Toby Campbell and Stephanie R.N., and HospiceCare. Enormous gratitude for the love, support and friendship provided by Patti Casad.
