William Hrejsa

HREJSA WILLIAM MADISON- William Hrejsa, age 76, passed away on Monday, September 7, 2009 at his home very peacefully after a lengthy illness. He was born on November 21, 1932 in Evanston, Illinois, the son of Joseph and Mary (Richards) Hrejsa. William was united in marriage to Mary Bednarowicz on December 1, 1973 in Chicago, Illinois. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines having proudly served his country from 1952 thru 1955 and was a member of the American Legion Post 0501. William worked as a auto mechanic all of his life until he became disabled in March 1985. He loved Star Trek and the Sci-Fi channel and was very interested in World War II. William is survived by his wife, Mary; his children, Gina (Bryan) LaRock of Windsor, Pam Hrejsa of Rico Rio, AZ., Mary Hrejsa of England and Richard Hrejsa of Texas; a sister, Winnie Tash of Downers Grove, IL., grandchildren, Timothy and Ashley LaRock, Eric Hrejsa and Tina Christy; two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Emil, John, Joseph, Donald, Robert and James and sisters, Evelyn, Frances, Dorothyand Bertina. Following Williams wishes no services will be held.
