Lorraine Kluever

STOUGHTON/MADISON - Lorraine (Brickson) Kluever, age 82, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at St. Marys Hospital. She was born on March 23, 1927, the daughter of Martha and Delbert Brickson. Lorraine was united in marriage in 1951 to Harlow Hunk Kluever, of which they celebrated 53 years together before his death in 2004. She enjoyed working at WPS Insurance at various positions for 20 years before retiring as a supervisor in 1992. After retirement, she continued thoroughly enjoying her family of which she has always been very proud. Lorraine is survived by her three daughters, Debra Erickson, Connie Govani, and Kathy (Jeff Barney Beckwith) Nicholson; grandchildren, Chad Erickson, Dawn (Gene Gryttenholm) Erickson, Brandon (Angela) Nicholson, Michael Govani, and Brad (Melissa) Beckwith; great grandchildren, Corryn Johnson, Jasmine Gryttenholm, Tristen Erickson, and Boston Beckwith; sister, Eleanor Johnson; and sister-in-law, Beverly Brickson; and numerous family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harlow Hunk parents; brothers, Marvin (June), William (Nancy), LaVerne, Eugene (Marilyn); and brother-in-law, Lymen Johnson. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 11 a.m. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service, at the funeral home.
