Donald Tiedeman

MIDDLETON-Donald Tiedeman, age 80, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2009 at his home. He was born on July 6, 1929, in Fort Atkinson, the son of Erwin and Elsie (Sengbusch) Tiedeman. Don was united in marriage to Marlene Henning on July 20, 1952 in St. Luke\'s Lutheran Church, Middleton. She preceded him in death in August 1994. An U. S. Army veteran, Don proudly served his country during the Korea Conflict. He worked with the Standard Oil Company prior to working for Fish Building Supply for over 30 years. Don was a member of St. Luke\'s Lutheran Church, the Elk\'s Club and the EAA. He loved bowling, golfing and playing cards, but Don treasured most the time spent with his family. He is survived by a son, Paul (Kathy) Tiedeman; a daughter, Debra (Mike) Schneider and a loving companion Betty McKenna. In addition to his wife, Marlene Tiedeman, Don was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial services will be held at ST. LUKE\'S LUTHERAN CHURCH, 7337 Hubbard Ave., Middleton at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 with the Reverends James Schwartz and Roger Eigenfeld concelebrating. Burial will be in Sunset Memory Gardens, Madison. Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until the time of the service at the church.
