Hinsberger, James A.MADISON-James A. Hinsberger, age 55, of Madison, passed away suddenly on Monday, July 6, 2009, at his home. He was born on Aug. 31, 1953, in La Crosse, the son of Mary and Gerald Hinsberger. Jim was employed at NAMI of Dane County. He was a member of Yahara House. Jim was a volunteer at Olbrich Botanical Gardens and at the Dane County Farmer's Market. He loved the outdoors and driving country roads. Jim is survived by his mother, Mary; sisters, Judy (James) Oestreich of La Crosse, and Mary Mangan of Madison; 21 nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald; brothers, Michael and John; and a niece, Teri Hinsberger. Funeral services will be held at BRITTINGHAM PARK SHELTER, 401 West Shore Drive (off 800 block of West Washington Ave.), Madison, at noon on Friday, July 10, 2009. Visitation will be at the park from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Please dress for an outdoor service. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Friends of Yahara House, 802 E. Gorham St., Madison, WI 53703.
