Pearl Motley

Motley, Pearl M. STOUGHTON-Pearl M. Motley, age 96, of Stoughton, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2009, at Nazareth House in Stoughton. She was born on April 27, 1912, in Frankfort, S.D., the daughter of Henry and Emma Michels. Pearl married Milton Motley on Aug. 8, 1931, in Redfield, S.D. She was a long time member of the Eastern Star in South Dakota. Pearl resided in Stoughton since 1994. She enjoyed dancing. Pearl is survived by two children, Dellyn (Mildred) Motley of Topeka, Kan., and Dalyce Goldale of Stoughton; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Maxine (Don) Kearney. She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton; her parents; a daughter, Kay Realsen; a grandson, Russell; brother, Dallas Michels; a sister, Edladale Michels; and two sons-in-law.
