Kluever, Fredrick A. "Fritz" OREGON-Fredrick A. "Fritz" Kluever, age 71, of Oregon, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at Hospice. He was born on Aug. 12, 1937, in Madison, the son of John and Amy (Slinde) Kluever. Fritz married Betty Hanson on June 16, 1962, in Madison. He was a machinist and welder in the Madison area. Fritz is survived by his wife, Betty; two children, Lisa (Robert) Gefke of Oregon, and Brenda (Craig) Hahn of Stoughton; two grandchildren, Emily Grace and Natalie Olivia Gefke; brothers and sisters, Virginia (Albert) Brockman, Muriel Zwickey, Ralph (Rita) Kluever, David (Tracy) Kluever, Tom Kluever, LeRoy (Maria) Kluever, Karen Denk, and Sandra (William) Vance; sisters-in-law, Gail Kluever and Lorraine Kluever; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Harlow, Eugene "Killer" and Joe. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON OREGON FUNERAL HOME, 431 Soden Drive, Oregon, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 25, 2009, with the Rev. Wesley Woodward presiding. Burial will be at Storytown Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 2009, and from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice. A special thanks to Dr. Kutz and Julia for their care and compassion.

Dear Betty, Lisa, Brenda and entire Kluever family. I was so very sorry to hear of the loss of Fritz. I have many fond memories of going to the farm to ride the horses and having many laughs with him, he had a wonderful sense of humor. It's times like this that I wished I lived closer to home, because I would love to attend the service to be there for all of you. However, my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time. My Deepest Sympathy,
