Paul, my Mom and I want to offer our sympathy on the passing of your Dad. I know it is hard to lose a parent but you must have alot of great memories. I remember seeing him at my Mom's 90th birthday and of course living on Pioneer Ave. So many wonderful memories. Our thoughts are with you.

Paul, I am so sorry to hear of the death of your father. When my Dad died, I had no idea it would hit me so hard. I was crushed. Knowing you as well as I did for all those years, I'm sure you feel the same on the loss of your father. As I look back on our years together, your mom and dad were a very important part of the close friendship you and I shared. I regret that as years have gone by, we have not been able to stay as close as we would have liked. But to simply refer to having fond memories of you and your Dad would be a gross under-statement. Those days were very special. Only in retrospect in times like these do we appreciate how very special it was to have such great relationships growing up. Two memories that you may recall come immediately to mind. Endearing now, but oh so funny when they happened. I'll leave it to you to tell the story of your dad's Dodge and the exhaust pipe to your family and friends. I also remember when we were kids how I tried to figure out what your dad was talking about when I would come over and he said he was feeling great because he 'just had his morning constitutional.' It took me years to realize that he wasn't referring to the benefits of a walk around the neighbborhood! One of these days, we need to get together and share the many more moments of life with our dad's back in the wonderful times of the 50's and 60's. My condolences to you and your family. I am deeply touched by the loss of your father as I was with your mother.
