Obituary
Krueger, Norman T. DARDANELLE, ARK./MADISON-Norman T. Krueger, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2009. He was born on Feb. 2, 1923, in Madison, the son of Mark and Ethel (Taylor) Krueger. Norman served in the U. S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He married Arlis Griswold and they were together for more than 60 years. She preceded him in death on March 15, 2005. Norman worked for more than 30 years for the U. S. Forest Service in radio communications. After his retirement, Norman taught electronics and flying. Norman is survived by his second wife, Dorothy (Renfroe); six children, Susanne Kaufman of New Glarus, Leonard (Melissa) Krueger of Russellville, Ark., Sherry (Joseph) Steichen of Meriden, Kan., Mark (Anne) Krueger of Broomfield, Colo., Neil (Sabrina) Krueger of Farmington, N.M., and Bryon (Kris) Krueger of Edgerton; as well as 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and brother, LeRoy Krueger He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Arlis; a son, Thomas; and sister, Evern Casey. Funeral services will be held GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 11 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 16, 2009, with the Rev. Don Salisbury presiding. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park, with military rites conducted. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 15, 2009.
