Robert Burkhalter

Burkhalter, Robert Lane LONE ROCK Robert Lane Burkhalter, age 42, of Lone Rock, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2008, at HospiceCare in Fitchburg. He was born on Dec. 7, 1965, in Madison, the son of Bonnie Graves and Robert Burkhalter Sr. He married Amy Martin on March 1, 1986, in Stoughton. Robert had four children with Amy. Robert shared many happy years with his family. Robert is survived by his daughters, Tara (John) Brown and Mari Burkhalter; a son, Tyler; a granddaughter, Natalie; a grandson, due in February 2009; his parents, Bonnie (Vern) Graves and Robert (Betty) Burkhalter; three brothers, Don, Rocky, and Daniel; former wife, Amy; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brittney Lynn; and many loved family members. A memorial service will be held at SUNSET MEMORY GARDENS CHAPEL, 7302 Mineral Point Road, Madison, at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2008. Visitation will be at the chapel from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be at Sunset Memory Gardens.
