Cook, Mildred I. MADISON Mildred I. Cook, age 95, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2008, at Sunny Hill Health Care Center. Funeral services will be held at ROSELAWN MEMORIAL PARK CHAPEL, Femrite Drive, Madison, on Saturday, June 7, 2008, at 2 p.m. Friends may greet the family from 1 p.m. until the time of the service on Saturday. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park, 401 Femrite Drive, Monona. A full obituary will appear in the Thursday paper.
