Scott McDorman

McDorman, Scott W. FITCHBURG Scott W. McDorman, age 58, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2008. He was born on June 28, 1949, in Columbus, Ohio, the son of William A. and Iva Jean McDorman. Scott appreciated the simple pleasures in life, including hobbies, pets, people and a good meal. He could talk up a storm telling of his experience with model trains and steam engines. He had so many good memories of his life. From Scotts disabilities he developed a childs innocence that carried him through his life and made him appealing to all. We will all benefit from knowing and loving him. Hell be missed by his brother, Dave; sister-in-law, Curry, and their children, Ross and Camille; cousin, Ken Lamana; Currys many siblings and their families; Alex and Laura, the many kind and generous people at Chapel Valley apartments who befriended Scott the last five years, Delores Stutzman and Arden Taylor; Bernice at Work Plus; David Hill and Amy Schumacher of the Fitchburg Senior Center; and others, too numerous to mention. A memorial service will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 23, 2008, with the Rev. Pat Siegler presiding.
