Obituary

Boettcher, Lillie C. MADISON Lillie Catherine Ida (Fick) Riley Wiggen Kreisman Boettcher, age 81, of Madison, passed away on Friday, April 18, 2008, at the HospiceCare Center, surrounded by her family. She was born on Sept. 21, 1926, in Madison, the daughter of Leonard and Ida (Merrill) Fick. Lillie had several jobs throughout her life and was known for her hard working attitude. She was a mother first and enjoyed taking care of her family. Lillie had several hobbies including golfing, bowling, and making crafts. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Lillie is survived by her six children, Susan Wiggen of Madison, Allen (Diane) Wiggen of Stoughton, Jeffrey (Sally) Wiggen of Boulder, Colo., Wayne (Jeanne) Wiggen of Wind Lake, Scott (Mahala) Wiggen of Edgerton, and Todd (Susan) Wiggen of Shelbyville, Ky.; five grandchildren, Chad (Jill) Wiggen, Melissa Burris, Catherine Wiggen, Jillian Wiggen, and Aaron Wiggen; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Josephine "Bea" Hintz; many nieces and nephews; and lifelong friend, Tootie Koch. She was preceded in death by her parents; three husbands; a daughter, Colleen; sisters, Louise and Helen; and brothers, Irwin, Marvin, and Joseph. A memorial service will be held at LAKE EDGE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 4032 Monona Drive, Madison, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2008, with the Rev. Shirley Funk presiding. Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be made to HospiceCare Inc.
