Robert Slottke

Slottke, Robert W. "Wally" EDGERTON - Robert W. "Wally" Slottke, age 54, heard the voice of Jesus crying on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008, and he answered "send me, send me." So he went to heaven to join his beloved father, Robert. Robert is survived by his cherished mother, Dee of Okauchee; loving sister, Cher Knasel of Okauchee; special friend, Deb; and many wonderful and loving friends. Robert is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many cousins. Robert was born in Milwaukee on Jan. 8, 1954. He was a supervisor for Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds and a 2007 graduate of the Wisconsin Certified Public Managers Program. He volunteered for Habit for Humanity and Iron Man of Madison. Robert will be most remembered for his big smile, his charitable nature, and the lessons he taught us all during his courageous two and a half year battle with cancer.
