Kuntz, Paul A. "Tiny Toni" MADISON Paul A. "Tiny Toni" Kuntz, age 82, of Madison, passed away on Friday, Jan. 4, 2008, at HospiceCare Center. He was born on Oct. 20, 1925, in Cudahy, the son of Louis and Pauline (Lange) Kuntz. He married Dolores Foreyt on Sept. 8, 1945, in Stoughton. Paul served in the U.S. Army 66th Field Hospital during World War II. Starting in 1947, Paul worked as a retail meat cutter for 38 years, retiring in 1985. He was a member of Lake Edge United Church of Christ; the Doric Masonic Lodge since 1960 and was Master of the Doric Lodge in 1966. He was a member of the Scottish Rite Bodies since 1964; the Zor Shrine since 1977. Paul performed as a Zor Shrine clown for many nursing homes, circuses, parades and charity events. He was known as "Tiny Toni" the clown. Paul worked at the Dane County Coliseum as an usher for many years. Paul is survived by his wife, Dolores; two daughters, Trina R. Keith and Dianne M. (David) Hampton; five grandchildren, Ryan (Amanda) Keith, Ehren M. Keith, Katilyn K. Keith, Dawn McKnight and Kristina Burnett; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Richard Kuntz; and his adopted son, Mitch Custer. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond and Lawrence. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, on Monday, Jan. 7, 2008, at 11 a.m., followed by military honors. Private burial will be at Roselwan Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008, at the funeral home from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m., with a Masonic Service at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association Dane County Chapter or to HospiceCare Inc. For those who have made the past few years of Pauls independence possible, the family is forever grateful: family, dearest friends, the sixth floor staff at St. Marys, the staff at Sienna Meadows and HospiceCare.
