Crisman, Irma Lou OREGON - Irma Lou Crisman, age 77, of Oregon, passed away on Monday, Nov. 5, 2007, at University Hospital, following injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Oct. 24, 2007. She was born on Feb. 19, 1930, in Richland Center, the daughter of Merle and Elizabeth (Cook) Grover. Irma graduated from Richland Center High School and from UW-Whitewater with a teaching degree. She married Eugene Crisman on Oct. 7, 1949, in Richland Center. After raising her children, Irma taught at St. Anns Catholic School in Stoughton for 19 and a half years. When she and her husband retired, they spent time volunteering with the Telephone Pioneers, Salvation Army, Meals on Wheels, St. Anns Catholic Church, Nazareth House, Relay for Life and assisting with flu shots with Home Health United. Irma is survived by her husband, Eugene of rural Oregon; two sons, Michael (Janet) of New Glarus, and Kelly of Milwaukee; grandchildren, Jennifer (Jason) Wilson, Zachary (Amy) Bolling, Jordan Schrader and Dane Schrader; five great-grandchildren; and stepbrother, Glen (Doloris) Platteter of Janesville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Elizabeth Platteter; a daughter, Eugenia Crisman; and stepsister, Marion Studee. Private memorial services will be held. Inurnment will be at Highland Memory Gardens. Memorials may be made to St. Judes Hospital in Irmas name.

My Mother, Elizabeth Spangler, and I wish to send our condolences to your family. Mother
room with Irma Lou's parents when she taught at WestLima. Blossom was one of her
dearest friends. I will always remember Irma Lou for her good spirits and infectious laugh.
