Crubaugh, Shirley J. MADISON - Shirley J. Crubaugh, age 68, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007, at her home, surrounded by her family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007, at 4 p.m. at MESSIAH EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 5202 Cottage Grove Road, Madison, WI 53716, with a potluck meal immediately following the service. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at the church. Memorials may be made to HospiceCare Inc., 5395 E. Cheryl Parkway, Fitchburg, WI 53711.
