Margaret Detro

Detro, Margaret Ann "Marge" MADISON - Margaret Ann "Marge" Detro, age 61, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2007. She was born on June 1, 1946, in Sheboygan, the daughter of Alex and Adeline (Hess) Gebhard. Marge was united in marriage to Curt Detro on Aug. 11, 1983, in Waukesha and they shared 24 wonderful years together. She worked as a nurse in health care. Marge is survived by her husband, Curt of Madison; a daughter, Sarah Detro of Baton Rouge, La.; a son, Benjamin Detro of Madison; four sisters, Marilyn Gebhard of New Berlin, Susan (Dean) Peck of Hales Corners, Linda (Joseph) Wirtz of Waukesha and Kathy (Michael) Mooney of Franklin; and a brother, Alex (Lynda) Gebhard of Puyallup, Wash. She is further survived by nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. Marge was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held at ST. ANDREW EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 6815 Schneider Road, Middleton, at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2007, with the Rev. Randy Hunter presiding. Burial will be in West Lawn Memorial Park, Racine. Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 4 p.m. until the time of the services at the church.
