Jeffery Petrie

Petrie, Jeffery S. SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ./ MCFARLAND - Jeffery S. Petrie, age 41, died peacefully on Tuesday, July 24, 2007, surrounded by his family in Scottsdale, Ariz. He was born on Sept. 17, 1965, in Madison. Jeffery graduated from McFarland High School in 1983. He had a terrific sense of humor and was kind, giving and always willing to help others. Jeffery enjoyed Arizona sunsets, sitting by the pool, the mountains, football and animals. He is survived by his mother, Arleen Petrie of Madison; his father, James (Sue) Petrie Sr. of LaCrosse; two brothers, James (Lois) Petrie of Stoughton and Dalton Petrie of San Diego, Calif.; a sister, Michelle (Eric) Murphy of Madison; grandmothers, Delores Piotrowski of Stevens Point and Leona Petrie of Marshfield; and a niece, Makayla Murphy of Madison. Jeffery was preceded in death by his grandfathers. A memorial service will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2007.
