Ronald Brandon

Brandon, Ronald "Ron" MADISON - Ronald "Ron" Brandon, age 48, of Madison, passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2007. He was born on June 6, 1959, in Madison, the son of Robert and Eva (Zink) Brandon. Ron graduated from Waunakee High School in 1977, and excelled in football and track. He worked at Farm and Fleet for many years. Ron enjoyed spending time with his family "up north" at the cabin in St. Germain. His greatest joy was fishing, especially for muskies. Ron also enjoyed watching football and bowling with his son. He was a family man, who would give up his time to help other people. Ron is survived by his children, Jessica and Joshua Brandon; life companion, Sue Brandon; his father, Robert; siblings, Rick (Sandy) Brandon of Windsor, Kate Brandon and Kris Blum; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Eva; and a brother, Roger. Memorials services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 20, 2007, with the Rev. Jeff Vanden Heuvel presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home from noon until the time of the services. Memorials may be made to the family.
