Regina Anderson

Anderson, Regina E. STOUGHTON - Regina E. Anderson, age 94, of Stoughton, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2007. She was born on Aug. 7, 1912, in Cross Plains, the daughter of Peter and Elizabeth (Bronner) Esser. Regina grew up in the Middleton area. She was united in marriage to Earl W. Anderson on Dec. 27, 1935, in Middleton. Regina enjoyed card playing, sewing, and keeping a breast of her grandchildrens activities. She is survived by her children, Joann (Ron) Grimm of Oregon, Barbara (LeRoy) Kittleson of Stoughton, Earl (Judi) Anderson Jr. of Springfield, Ill., and James G. (Jane) Anderson of Stoughton; nine grandchildren, Sue VanderWegen, Daniel (Kim) Grimm, Steven Grimm, David (Jen) Grimm, Nicole Anderson (Pete), Teresa Kittleson, Dennis (Amy) Kittleson, Clark Anderson (Olga) and Sheree Anderson (Kirk); four great-grandchildren; sister, Martha Esser of Middleton; brother, Gilbert (Arlene) Esser of Middleton; brother-in-law, Laverne (Mary) Anderson of Janesville; and many nieces and nephews. Regina was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl; brothers, Leo and Joe (Mildred); and a sister, Helen (Clarence) Annen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. ANNS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 323 N. Van Buren St., Stoughton, at 11 a.m., on Monday, June 18, 2007, with Monsignor Gerard Healy presiding. Burial will be at St. Anns Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday.
