Obituary
Sobacki, Rita M. MADISON- Rita M. Sobacki, age 72, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2007, at HospiceCare Center. She was born on Aug. 30, 1934, in Madison, the daughter of Roy and Anetta (Miller) Campbell. Rita was employed by Central Wisconsin Center for the Developmentally Disabled for many years until her retirement in 1984. She liked to crochet and knit items for her families enjoyment. Rita collected video tapes and was very knowledgeable on our countrys history. She loved most of all, spending time with her family. Rita is survived by her three children, Ron, Teresa and Julie Sobacki; 14 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two brothers, Terry and Dennis Campbell; and a sister, Donna Harrington. A Memorial Service will be held at ROSELAWN MEMORIAL PARK CHAPEL, 401 Femrite Drive, Monona, at 2 p.m., on Friday, July 6, 2007. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park. to the mother that did not raise me..was not kind to me or mine.i bid you farewell.i will attend afterwards...we were not close.but any realitives on the sobacki side .i would love to hear from.i was at hospice the day before she passed with my youngest son jonah.by her side of the family i was made to feel very uncomforatble 30 years later.i will not attend but i did send for the priest before her passing.i love my brother ron.and sister teresa altho weve been estranged.i do not feel there pain as do they,since my mother did not raise or love me.or my children.she did not love being withus at all and made this clear.but to my sister and brother i wish you well mom made us distant towards each other.and i cannot be there for her,but hope my brother ron and sister teresa stay intouch with me finally after many years seperated.god speed,god bless.and salute!i bid you farewell mother.may your pain be over.and you and us suffer no more.
