Frieda Tiffany

Tiffany, Frieda I. OREGON - Frieda I. Tiffany, age 80, of Oregon, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, May 8, 2007. She was born on April 11, 1927, in Mather, the daughter of Frederick and Rose (Harris) McKeel. Frieda was united in marriage to Lafey A. Tiffany on Jan. 16, 1946, in Wisconsin Rapids. She was a lifelong member of V.F.W. Auxiliary in Oregon/ Brooklyn. Frieda worked at Oregon Manor in housekeeping. She enjoyed country music, dancing, knitting and especially spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Frieda is survived by her husband, Lafey; nine children, Tim (Kathy) Tiffany, Audrey Turnmire, Mitchell (Ann) Tiffany, Terry (Maren) Tiffany, Nancy Kuehni, Joan Tiffany, Valerie Tiffany, Rick (Crystal) Tiffany and Todd Tiffany; 28 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Millard (Judy) McKeel. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Greg and Wayne; a granddaughter, Trisha; a grandson, Eric; four sisters, Emma, Jessie, Goldie and Arabelle; and three brothers, Bill, Charles and Melvin. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON OREGON FUNERAL HOME, 431 Soden Drive, Oregon, at 1:30 p.m., on Friday, May 11, 2007. Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Brooklyn. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday. The family would like to thank the Fitchburg Police Dept. and the EMTs for their care and compassion. Frieda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be in our hearts forever.
