Richard Arnold

Arnold, Richard LODI - Richard "Rick" Arnold, age 46, of Lodi, passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2007, at home, after a short illness. He was born on Aug. 9, 1960, in Madison, the son of Everett J. and Bernadeen "Bunny" (Yonko) Arnold. Richard graduated from Madison LaFollette High School in 1978. He attended UW-Oshkosh, majoring in psychology, was on the track team and attended ROTC. Richard was employed with National Guardian Life Insurance Company and GTECH (Wisconsin Lottery). In his spare time, he volunteered at the Lodi Good Samaritan retirement home and was involved in the preservation of Wisconsin natural resources in Columbia County. Richard enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with his son and family. Richard is survived by his son and best friend, Clayton Arnold of DeForest; his mother, Bernadeen Arnold of DeForest; his loving sister, Karoline Kaylor; nephews, Stuart and Steven Kaylor, all of Sun Prairie; and aunts, uncles, cousins and good neighbors he made through the years in Lodi. He was preceded in death by his father, Everett J. Arnold. A private family service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Associated Bank of Windsor, for Claytons college education. Ricks heart of gold, kindness, smile and quick wit will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to have him touch their lives. We love you Gook.
