Gloria Elliott

Elliott, Gloria G. PARDEEVILLE/ MADISON - Gloria G. Elliott, age 66, of Pardeeville, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2007, at Meriter Hospital. She was born on July 28, 1940, in Madison, the daughter of Clarence E. Sr. and Katherine (Eggs) Goldbin. Gloria attended Monona Grove High School. She was united in marriage to James P. Elliott on Dec. 27, 1958, at St. Johns Lutheran Church, Madison. Gloria enjoyed cooking, camping, gardening, boating and being active in outdoor activities. Most of all, she cherished spending time with her wonderful grandsons. Glorias personality matched her zest for life as she was always cheery and full of love. She is survived by her husband, James of Pardeeville; her children, Sherry (Ken) Schneider of Waunakee, Craig (Jan) Elliott of Brown Deer, and Paul (Dianne Owens) Elliott of Cambridge; grandchildren, Adam and Joseph Schneider, Andrew and James Elliott, and Shaun and Joshua Owens; a sister, Betty Ormord; two brothers, Clarence E. Goldbin Jr. and LeRoy (Shirley) Goldbin; sister-in-law, Joanne Goldbin; and many nieces and nephews. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Raymond. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, at 7 p.m., on Tuesday, May 22, 2007. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday. The family would like to thank the entire 7 Tower ICU staff at Meriter Hospital, especially, Ashley, Linda, Beth and Dr. Ansfield, Dr. Hildebrand, and Dr. Adib, for their compassionate care.
