Obituary
Hoel, Timothy Dean MADISON - Timothy Dean Hoel, age 34, passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2007, at University Hospital, Madison, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Tim was born on June 23, 1972, in Sandwich, Ill., to Allen and Jeanne (Froehlich) Hoel. He lived in Cornell, Eau Claire, and Madison. Tim graduated from LaFollette High School in 1991. He was employed at Woodmans East Grocery Store for the past 17 years. Tims sudden departure from this world has left all who knew him without his twinkling eyes and mischievous smile. He was also known for his generosity, kind heart, and devotion to family. Tim is survived by his parents, Jeanne Hoel of Monona, and Allen Hoel of St. Joseph, Mo.; his brothers, Mark Hoel of Holcombe, and Danny Hoel of St. Joseph, Mo.; and grandmothers, Laura Hoel of Cornell, and Jane Heidtke of Haugen. Tim was blessed with aunts, uncles, and cousins, who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by grandfathers, Eugene Froehlich and Allen E. Hoel. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 9, 2007. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the service.

I just found out about the tragic accident. I graduated with Tim and I wish we would have stayed in touch. He will be missed!

I was shocked and saddened to hear of your loss. After reading Tim's obituary I was flooded with the images that I last have of him as a really little boy on the farm. I remember his smiling eyes and the way his whole face would light up when he'd smile. You have my deepest sympathy.
