Gunderson Funeral Home Huston, Mary Lisa COTTAGE GROVE - Mary Lisa Huston, age 47, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, April 12, 2007. She was born in Dodgeville on Aug. 30, 1959, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Esch) Reese. Lisa married Mark W. Huston. She was a loving wife and mother. Lisa enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, the outdoors, campfires and traveling. She worked for Dairyland Family Restaurant for many years. Lisa is survived by her husband, Mark; daughter, Karly (Scot) Schafer; mother, Mary Reese; brothers, Michael (Judeen) Reese, Mark (Judy) Reese, Rick Reese and Timothy (Linda) Reese; sisters, Janna Reese, Jeanne (Daniel) Kessenich, Kristie (Kenneth) Trapino, Karen Swenson and Tracy Reese; several nieces, nephews, many brothers and sisters-in-law and friends. Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Joseph; brother, Kelly Reese; and father and mother-in-law, Rolland and Olga Huston. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. PATRICKS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 434 N. Main St., Cottage Grove, on Monday, April 16, 2007, at 11 a.m., with Monsignor Raymond Kertz presiding. Burial will be held at Cottage Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, on Sunday, April 15, 2007, from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. The family wishes to thank everyone who helped along the way including family, friends, HospiceCare and the University Hospital, for all of their support.
