Horst Frischbier

Frischbier, Horst H. MADISON - Horst H. Frischbier, age 67, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2007, at University Hospital. He was born in Germany, on Jan. 3, 1940, and came to the United States when he was seven years old. Horst worked for 25 years at Madison Opportunity Center before retiring. He loved music and eating out. Horst is survived by two sisters, Doris Wopat, and Patricia Harris; sister-in-law, Donna Johnson; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Helmut Frischbier; mother, Ilse Johnson; step-father, Robert P. A. Johnson; and younger brother, Robert J. T. Johnson. A memorial service will be held at ROSELAWN MEMORIAL PARK CHAPEL, 401 Femrite Drive, Monona, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2007, with burial to follow at Roselawn. Horsts family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to REM Wisconsin, and the staff and caregivers that have given him such wonderful care over the years.
