Obituary

MADISON/MOUNT HOREB-Our little angel Emme Lillian Scher, age 12 days, left us way too soon on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, following a brief illness. She was born on Oct. 22, 2013, in Madison, the daughter of Daniel and Anne (Swanson) Scher. Emme was our angel that graced us for only a short time, but the impact that she made in our hearts and in our family will never be forgotten. She is survived by her parents, Dan and Anne Scher; big brother, Sam Scher; grandparents, Chuck and Kim Swanson and David and Debra Scher; aunts and uncles, Sally Swanson, Laurie (Jarod) Johnson, Wendy (Jim) Jenks and Mike (Carmen) Scher; and many other relatives and friends. Memorial Services will be held at ST. STEPHEN’S LUTHERAN CHURCH, 5700 Pheasant Hill Rd., Monona, at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, with the Rev. Nick Utphall presiding. A gathering for family and friends will be held immediately following the services in fellowship hall. Memorials may be made in Emme’s name to the Mount Horeb Public Library or to American Red Cross.
