Wanda Haberman

Haberman, Wanda MIDDLETON - Wanda Haberman, age 93, a believer, wife, sister, daughter, mother, grandmother and aunt passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2007, at the Harbor House, Middleton. She was born on Aug. 1, 1913, in Madison, the daughter of Clifford and Beryl (Wheelwright) Judd. Wanda was united in marriage to Frank Haberman on Jan. 3, 1948, in Rockford, Ill. He preceded her in death. Wanda was a devoted mother and great cook; she will be remembered fondly for her fabulous meals. She was a member of Middleton Community Church. Wanda is survived by a son, Jim (Jodi Magness) Haberman of Chapel Hill, N.C.; a daughter, Linda (Greg) Dauck of Middleton; step-children, Wayne (Cora) Habermann of Honolulu, Hawaii, Charles (Lois) Habermann of Middleton and Mary Haberman of Madison; a granddaughter, Rose; and nine step-grandchildren, Susan, Sheryl, Sandy, Steven, Scott, Stuart, Janel, Wayson and Sarah. In addition to her husband, Frank Haberman, she was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Lorna Sprague; two brothers, William Judd and Clifford Judd Jr.; a step-daughter, Joyce Riley; and a step-son, Gilbert Haberman. Funeral services will be held at MIDDLETON COMMUNITY CHURCH, 645 Schewe Road (two miles west of the Beltline, at the corner of Schewe and Old Sauk Roads), Middleton, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2007, with the Rev. James Iliff presiding. Entombment will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Monona. Family and friends may call from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 8, 2007, at the MIDDLETON COMMUNITY CHURCH.
