Obituary
Souther, Margaret MADISON - Margaret Souther, age 94, passed away on Friday, Jan. 19, 2007, at Karmenta Center. She was born on Nov. 24, 1912, in Germany, to Otto and Johanna (Goelke) Splettstoesser. Margaret married Paul Souther in 1948. She worked at the University of Wisconsin Memorial Union in the cafeteria. Margaret is survived by her sister-in-law, Joan Splettstoesser; nieces, Lesa (Greg) Gorman and Susan (Brian) Mason; a nephew, Walter (Patricia) Splettstoesser; and five great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul; her parents; and a brother, Walter. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2007. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park.
