Mark Remsik

Remsik, Mark A. FENNIMORE/ MADISON - Mark A. Remsik, age 33, of Fennimore, formerly of Madison, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2007, at his home. He was born on Aug. 14, 1973, in Madison, to James and Christi (Conway) Remsik. Mark married Tiffany Ames on March 11, 1995, in McFarland. He worked as a driver for Waste Management. Mark was an active member of Destiny Christian Fellowship. He raced at the Columbus racetrack in the back-up division for the last seven years and was featured in Ripleys Believe It or Not on TNT and World Tonight on CBS. Mark loved spending time with his family, wrestling with his boys and dancing with his daughter. He is survived by his wife, Tiffany; three children, Andrew Clayton, age 12, Tyler Joseph, age 11 and Sabrina Evelyn, age 5; his parents, James and Christi Remsik; siblings, Catherine (Scott) Hart, John (Tina), Richard (Nicole), James (Jenifer) Jr., Matthew and Samantha; maternal grandfather, James Conway; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Orville and Karen Ames; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Mark was preceded in death by his grandparents. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 8, 2007, with the Rev. Pete Scheller presiding. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 7, 2007.
