Lillian Dieterich

I've thought about Mrs. Dieterich thru out the years. She had such a positive impact while teaching Sunday School at Church of the Cross. She was so kind and dedicated. I remember the time she brought in some lamb for us to try while we were studying Passover. It made such an impact that I prepared a Passover seder when I taught Sunday School in Florida. She was so loving and fun...I remember her telling us that she one day got absorbed in a soap opera on TV. She didn't watch soap operas, but the TV was on & the characters problems caught her attention. She laughed at herself when she found herself praying for the characters and their struggles. What a wonderful, special woman to positively affect so many around her...so much so that she is remembered more than thirty years later! Heaven is certainly blessed,
